1. Core Agreement
By accessing the LinkQR AI ecosystem, you agree to these Terms of Ingress. This service is owned and operated by LinkQR AI. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your use of the platform immediately.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkQR AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
Crucial Disclaimer:
We provide the platform "AS IS." We do not guarantee that the redirection engine or AI modules will be error-free or uninterrupted. You assume all risk for business downtime caused by link failure or subscription expiry.
3. Licensing & Fiscal Protocol
Access to Intelligence Levels (BI 1-10) is subject to active subscription. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided less than 5% of your scan limit has been utilized.
- Expiry Lock: Upon plan expiry, all Dynamic QRs and Smart Pages are automatically set to "PAUSED." Any loss of business during this period is the user's responsibility.
